Either party may terminate the player-platform relationship at any time and for any reason, subject to the following provisions:

• A player may close their tez888 account at any time by contacting support@tez888.bio. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
